A project, not a document

Most DMC tools treat a proposal as a file. Dundr treats it as a project. One place to build, price, and send it.

Your client opens a link, not a PDF

Every line you add lands on a branded page with your colours, your logo, your photos. Update a price, swap a hotel, add a day. Your client sees the current version, not last week’s PDF.

Knowledge that compounds

Destinations you’ve worked. Library you’ve curated. Clients you’ve sold. Suppliers you trust. Every project starts with what’s already there.

A priced catalogue, not a list

Every library item carries its rooms, capacities, and priced products underneath. Pull one into a project, the numbers come with it.

The names behind the names

Each library item can point to the supplier who actually runs it. When a price changes or a date moves, you know exactly who to call.

Questions DMC and MICE teams ask

Anything that isn’t here, email us. A person answers.

Destination management companies, MICE agencies, and event teams who build custom programs. If your week runs from inquiry to proposal, and the proposal has to be priced properly before it goes anywhere, that’s the job Dundr does.

Close to it. Projects, clients, suppliers, destinations, and your library sit in one place, and so do pricing, proposals, invoices, deposits, and the tasks your team is working through. Insights track your win rate and your average margin. The proposal is the part your client sees. The rest is you running the business.

Yes. The program is built day by day, with times, hotels, restaurants, activities, and transport in the order they happen. It’s the same itinerary your client reads in the proposal, so there’s no second version to keep in sync. Travellers get their own link as well, made for a phone, with photos, a map, and directions to every stop.

Your client gets a link instead of an attachment, reads the proposal in the browser on a phone or a laptop, and accepts it there. Change a price or swap a hotel and the link updates. Nobody has to work out which version is the current one.

Every line item carries cost, margin, and sell price, in the currency you work in. Totals move as you go, so you know what the trip makes before your client sees a number. Prices can show with VAT or without.

That’s the normal case here, not the edge case. Price per person or across the whole group, with the headcount driving the numbers. A 35 guest incentive in Madrid works the same way as a board offsite for 8.

Yes. Your colours, your logo, and your photos, on every section of the document. What lands in your client’s inbox looks like it came from your agency.

Only if you want to. Some teams load their hotels, restaurants, and activities up front. Others build the library as they go, one project at a time. Either way, every item you save comes back priced the next time, with its rooms, capacities, and products attached.

Software that fits the work. Not the other way around

If you build proposals in docs and price them in spreadsheets, there's a faster way. Happy to show you.
